Training Needs Assessment on School Leadership

This study provides an analysis of the current status of affairs on Primary Head Teachers (HTs) competencies in school leadership by identifying gaps or discrepancies between the current and the ideal situation of Head teachers to become competent school leaders. The study’s results are also used to identify and pinpoint areas for improvement and professional development described in terms of knowledge and skills to be addressed in the professional training for Head Teachers to become competent School Leaders.
